With our hunter Claudio and his faithful companion Clara we will go hunting truffles, these precious fungi that hide underground and that for this reason will soon become your object of desire: the more they hide, the more you are going to want to find them! You will get your hands dirty to dig out our treasure in the wood that surrounds our farm La Montagnola and then we will have a truffle-based lunch or dinner.

The truffle’s heady aroma is the heart of our simple but varied recipes, that change according to the availability of the vegetables that our synergistic garden offer each season, and to the products that we buy from the local farmers and that we can’t wait to have you taste. . .
